HOW FAST IS TRANSCRIPTIO?

An hour-long interview with three participants is transcribed in about 15 minutes. This is one of the fastest indicators among peers.

HOW ACCURATE IS TRANSCRIPTO

Transcripto makes high quality and accurate transcriptions, and the quality of Transcripto's work is constantly improving. However, how the application recognizes and transcribes speech directly depends on the quality of the audio recording and on whether you chose the correct language when uploading the file. For the best result make sure you only upload high quality recordings with low ambient noise and clear speech.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY AUDIOS THAT I SEND YOU?

Immediately after Transcripto finishes transcribing audio into text, the file is deleted and not stored.

TRANSCRIPTION QUALITY IS BAD, CAN I GET A REFUND?

Sorry to hear that! If you are not happy with the result, write us using the form at the bottom right or by sending an email to support@transcripto.io, and we will do a complete refund.

HOW DO YOU ENSURE THE SECURITY OF THE STORED DATA?

We do not store or have access to the uploaded audio files. And all text transcriptions are securely encrypted so that only you have access to them from your personal account.

WHO OWNS THE RIGHTS TO THE TRANSCRIPTION?

You retain ownership of your audio and associated text transcriptions. We cannot and will not use these files without your consent.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO DELETE ALL DATA?
